Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Team Leader in Bakery department to deliver on business plan and mentor hourly associates.
• Be an Expert by maintaining knowledge of bakery operations, product specs, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Be a Techie by using handheld devices to plan, monitor performance and adopt new tools for improved operations.
• Be an Owner by ensuring safe, clean, well-staffed bakery area, accurate inventory, and adherence to company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador by training team members, identifying development needs, and promoting internal talent.
