What you'll bring:

• Strongknowledgeoffoodformulation,manufacturingprocesses,ingredientfunctionality,andcommercialization.
• Provenabilitytoleadcomplexcross-functionalprojectsandmanageexternalsupplierrelationships.
• Experienceusingconsumerinsights,markettrends,anddatatodriveproductinnovationandbusinessresults.
• Demonstratedleadershipexperiencedevelopingtalentandinfluencingstakeholdersacrossmultiplefunctions.
