• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop, reformulate, and commercialize products that meet quality, cost, and member expectations.
• Identify category trends, consumer insights, and whitespace opportunities to drive growth and differentiation.
• Manage product specifications, quality improvements, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop team members while influencing strategic decisions and category direction.
