Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II to lead the delivery of new products and enhancements to market.

You will apply project management methods to keep projects aligned, on schedule, and within budget while meeting customer requirements. You will oversee multiple projects, develop estimates and milestones, manage risks, and collaborate with sponsors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred. PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously within budgetary constraints.
• Develop and enforce company-wide PM methods and adherence to them.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and report on PM activities per PMO policies and standards.
• Manage project plans and present status to leadership, teams, and clients.
• Drive outcomes through planning, scope management, resource allocation, risk mitigation and cost control.
