Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience implementing new insurance products/enhancements
• PMP certification strongly preferred; Project Management Certificate considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Oversee multiple projects with budget and schedule constraints.
• Develop and maintain plans, milestones, estimates, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Define metrics, track progress, and drive action to stay on target.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers.
