• Engage with customers and support demonstrations and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives including events, demos, and lead generation.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Utilize POS and CRM tools to generate leads and enhance experiences.
• Handle day-to-day retail operations and space upkeep.
• Uphold premium brand presentation across Rivian locations.
• Take on additional projects as directed by leadership.
