Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in product, growth, go-to-market, consumer programs, or a related role in a technical or consumer business
• 3+ years of direct people leadership
• Strong analytical chops with sizing, prioritization, experiment design, and post-launch readouts

Aufgaben

• Lead the product growth team: set the bar, assign ownership, and hold the team to launch quality, timeline, and growth impact
• Own how service programs and offering changes go to market (multi-family, community access, cash referral, market-specific value propositions)
• Organize deployment of product offering changes, new features, and new functionality across the service suite: roadmap, sequencing, launch coordination, and readiness with product, engineering, marketing, and in-market GTM
• Partner with global go-to-market teams so online experiences and service programs work in market
• Drive impact planning and prioritization: size the growth case and prioritize initiatives
• Be accountable for program and offering growth impact: read back performance and iterate, scale, or stop
• Bring a point of view with data and GTM input, vet feasibility, run tests, and take winners to market
• Represent product growth in Consumer Growth and GTM forums: align US and in-market teams through launch
