Adyen is seeking a seasoned Product Experience leader to define and execute the PX strategy for Unified Platform, partnering with Product and Engineering and leading a 4-person full-stack PX team. You will shape experiences across reporting, pricing, invoicing, and risk workflows, balancing user needs with business goals in a fast-moving payments environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a product design or UX field.
• Strong UX craft and business acumen to create a clear vision and empower your team.
• Ability to balance user needs with company goals across multiple levels and functions.
• Proven track record coaching and growing high-performing design/UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and senior leadership to define and drive PX strategy.
• Build and lead a team of 4 full-stack PX professionals as a hands-on coach.
• Shape how AI and traditional interfaces combine to enhance customer experiences.
• Drive rapid experimentation, learning, and delivery to elevate PX across products.
