Formación

• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio with high craft across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, Framer; working knowledge of AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality brand concepts across formats aligned with Adyen's brand guidelines and goals.
• Elevate Adyen's visual identity across platforms for a cohesive presence.
• Bring a strong point of view to concept development with meticulous craft from typography to final execution.
• Use visual storytelling to communicate Adyen's brand narrative with clarity and impact.
• Present and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders to build alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy and insights into creative solutions.
• Direct freelancers and agencies with clear briefs and feedback to ensure quality.
• Identify and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle; guide teams to stay on track.
• Lead end-to-end creative execution of events from concept to on-site production.
