Job summary

Mastercard seeks an experienced User Experience Design SME to shape onboarding experiences for enterprise products across Settings, SCM, ODT, and Product Express. You will translate complex processes into intuitive journeys, reduce friction, and design scalable patterns aligned with enterprise standards.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, ensuring accessibility and usability from customer-facing to internal workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing complex enterprise or platform-based user experiences.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, end-to-end journeys.
• Experience shaping design direction across cross-functional and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience design strategy for Product Onboarding across platforms such as Settings, SCM, ODT, and Product Express.
• Translate onboarding processes into intuitive end-to-end user journeys and identify friction points.
• Create reusable design patterns and scalable experience models that align with enterprise design standards.
