Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry-related experience in Electrical engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years leading or managing a team.
• In-depth knowledge of solid-state physics, silicon reliability, and process failure mechanisms.
• 5+ years of knowledge of SOC product qualifications - JEDEC.
• Hands-on experience with data management tools and languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Engineering team and enable team growth through internal development.
• Define manufacturing plans for the next generation FPGA and SOC product line.
• Develop plans and drive execution of qualification of advanced and industry-leading FPGA products.
• Supervise test limit validation and drive corrective actions to meet revenue goals.
