Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product reliability experiments.
• Lead product qualification efforts and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Validate on-chip components such as high-speed I/O, SRAM, and Analog I/Os.

Skills

Knowledge of semiconductor product qualifications – JEDEC

Experience with Verilog/VHDL, C, Python, and Perl

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

Master’s degree (MSEE or equivalent)

Tools

ATE, bench, and wafer test systems
