Worky is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to steer the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. You will own frontend and backend architecture using React.js and Node.js, with strong emphasis on TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions and drive best practices, performance, and security across the stack.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

• Strong background in design of RESTful APIs and microservices.
