Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to guide architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications. You will blend hands-on engineering with leadership, mentoring engineers across a global organization to deliver secure, scalable user experiences.

You will lead frontend architecture, set standards, and collaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to deliver enterprise digital solutions. Strong React/TypeScript skills and CI/CD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience including Technical Lead roles.
• Enterprise-scale web apps with focus on performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs; Node.js knowledge preferred.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and development using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Define engineering standards, reusable patterns, code quality practices, and guardrails.
• Partner with UX designers to deliver accessible experiences using design systems.
• Integrate applications with REST and GraphQL APIs; Node.js backend-for-frontend where appropriate.
• Drive CI/CD, observability, performance, security, and reliability in production.
