RTX is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the Microelectronics Factory in Andover, MA. The role focuses on making production processes smarter and faster, driving quality improvements and shortening cycle times by streamlining workflows and removing bottlenecks.

You will employ data-driven tools like SPC and lead process-improvement projects to ensure efficient and reliable high-quality delivery for mission-critical microelectronics hardware.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years implementing and managing SPC tools (e.g., Minitab, JPM) to drive yield improvements and reduce defects.
• 3+ years experience in CAD for designing tooling, fixtures and 3D fixturing.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in a factory or shop floor setting with microelectronics, CCAs, or aerospace systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
