Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Manager of CS Operations to own critical post-sales projects, including product management of Scout and operational improvements that impact revenue retention. You will partner with multiple teams, design scalable processes, and build dashboards to guide decisions.

You will report to the CS Ops leader, operate with autonomy, and drive initiatives from scoping through delivery in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar in SaaS/tech.
• Strong project management with cross-functional initiatives.
• Systems thinking and scalable process design.
• Analytical mindset with KPI dashboards and data-driven decisions.
• Experience influencing multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Product-minded thinking with user outcomes and iteration.
• Proficiency using AI tools to drive automation and efficiency.
• Fast executor with accountability and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Own product management of Scout-like CS platform components; drive roadmap and sprint execution.
• Manage post-launch CS Ops projects with minimal direction.
• Design processes and systems to improve efficiency across post-sales.
• Collaborate with CS, CX, Support, Onboarding, and Product teams to solve problems.
• Build dashboards and reports to inform data-driven decisions.
• Increase book size CSMs manage while maintaining CSAT and NPS.
• Leverage AI tools to multiply team capacity and reduce manual work.
• Support change management and adoption for new tools.
