Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Product Engineer to design and develop complex products across multiple lines. The role involves leading technical work, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

You will contribute to software/control logic development, perform tests, and manage project plans. Strong communication and independent problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in engineering design or product development.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and CAD/CAM software.
• Familiarity with HVAC components and cooling towers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost‑effective new products and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Lead design reviews and interface with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Product Management, Sales, and Support.
• Perform engineering calculations to validate designs.
• Provide support to site erection and commissioning teams.
• Train and mentor new engineering employees.
