Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in project or program management in product development/manufacturing.
• Experience delivering products through full development lifecycle including production.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent product development projects.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, testing, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
• Drive truck/vehicle testing plans and validation activities.
• Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and cross-functional communication.
• Track action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep programs on schedule.
• Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Project to manage project execution and reporting.
• Support product launch and transition into manufacturing.
