Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years in product development with project management.
• Experience with motors or rotative mechanical components.
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Develop motors for Whirlpool appliances focusing on laundry.
• Lead technical developments with internal x-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Define validation plans and assess technical maturity vs expectations.
• Drive new product development, cost and quality projects for laundry powertrain.
• Lead global cross-functional teams and supplier reviews.
• Solve complex technical problems using data analysis and Six Sigma/OPEX.
• Coordinate design reviews, lab tests, and production releases.
• Travel regionally or internationally as needed.
