CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Pharmacy Services Automation and Campaign Execution team to support the development, delivery, and operational support of technology-enabled solutions that improve patient outcomes and drive business value, partnering with business, product, analytics, and IT.

You will coordinate projects, document requirements, assist with testing and post-launch support, and help ensure successful delivery of campaigns and patient engagement solutions.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare technology, business analysis, project coordination, product support, or a related field.
• Experience with pharmacy systems, applications, or technology platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support multiple projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics, and technology teams to support solution design and delivery.
• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Create and maintain business documentation, process flows, test plans, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
