Job summary

Inspira is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape user experiences across Retirement & Wealth digital products. You will translate complex problems into elegant experiences, lead from concept to delivery, and drive design-led discovery in partnership with product, engineering, and content teams.

You will evolve design systems, mentor teams, and explore AI-assisted workflows while maintaining strong craft and user focus.

Qualifications

5–7 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI or related discipline.
Experience designing digital products with user-centered design methodologies.
Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing.
Experience with scalable design systems and design-to-dev workflows (Storybook, Figma libraries, design tokens).
Familiarity with AI design tools to improve velocity.

Responsibilities

Lead product design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Content Design, QA, and stakeholders.
Incorporate user research, feedback, and data into design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping while preserving craft.
Collaborate within Agile environments, including Design Sprints and Scrum.
Ensure a cohesive UX across products and branding alignment.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and Storybook docs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
