Job summary

Secureframe is seeking a senior product designer to own design across core product areas, from early research to high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and make thoughtful UX tradeoffs in regulated, enterprise contexts.

You will contribute to and evolve the Castle design system, ensuring scalable, consistent experiences across large product surfaces while shaping team culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong systems thinking with scalable, consistent experiences.
• Collaborates effectively with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end workflows across Secureframe core product areas.
• Own design from framing through high-fidelity UI and handoff.
• Clarify requirements and scope solutions with PMs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasibility and quality.
• Evolve Secureframe’s Castle design system for consistency.
• Review designs and raise the design bar across the product.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback reviews.
• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and constraints.
