Job summary

Aleph is hiring remotely across the Americas. We’re seeking a senior product designer to own design from research and problem definition through implementation, launch, and iteration.

You’ll shape product direction with engineering, CX, and leadership, stay close to customers, prototype, and weave AI into the design process. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of exceptional product design experience and strong leadership potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of exceptional product design work.
• Strong skills across the design process including research, prototyping and detailed design.
• Curiosity about difficult problems and systems.
• Leadership through the work and ability to set direction.
• Practical experience working with AI in design.

Responsibilities

• Own design from beginning to end across product areas, from research to launch and iteration.
• Shape product direction with engineering, CX, and leadership to create a coherent product experience.
• Stay close to customers by talking with users and observing workflows.
• Explore and prototype different approaches and realistic prototypes for evaluation.
• Design with care and precision to deliver simple, clear, delightful experiences.
• Use AI throughout your design process and evaluate results.
