Job summary

Aleph is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success role combining FP&A data analytics to onboard customers and expand their Aleph deployment across use cases such as reporting, budgeting and headcount planning.

You will partner with customers remotely across the Americas, act as the main point of contact, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to reflect customer feedback in the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years FP&A/Consulting/Technical Implementation experience.
• Excel and Google Sheets modeling expertise.
• Ownership mentality and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Determine and establish effective ways to enhance customers’ FP&A setup with Aleph.
• Develop lasting, trust-based partnerships with customers.
• Monitor key usage metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Shape the product by voicing customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
