Stord in Atlanta seeks a high-energy designer to simplify complex warehouse and transportation tasks into intuitive user experiences. You will own the design of WMS, TMS, and frontline tools used by thousands of operators daily, shaping workflows from receiving to shipping.

You'll partner with product and engineering, conduct field research in distribution centers, and rapidly prototype using AI tools to accelerate velocity while delivering production-ready interfaces that improve speed and

Qualificações

5+ years designing complex B2B or operational software for professional users.
Strong user research, usability testing, and design storytelling.
Proficiency with design systems and fast prototyping in a production setting.

Responsabilidades

Design intuitive experiences for WMS, TMS, and warehouse tools used daily.
Create workflows for receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
Translate operational complexity into compelling design narratives for engineering teams.
Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping and design exploration.
Build empathy across the product org through field research in warehouses.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers on roadmaps and feasibility.
Contribute to and maintain a growing design system for consistency.
Define success metrics tied to operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
