Job summary

Reflex Media, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to transform how members see and act on information across Seeking.com. You will own information design and the core experience from onboarding to subscription, collaborating with PMs and engineers to ship polished interfaces.

You will prototype rapidly with tools like Figma and Framer, run usability tests, and contribute to a scalable design system that unifies five product surfaces into one cohesive experience.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped consumer product work with real users and outcomes.
• Demonstrated point of view on information design and how it guides user decisions.
• Proven ability to drive research, flows, prototypes, and QA end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own information design and decision-support across screens to help members act.
• Lead end-to-end product design for web and native mobile surfaces (onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profiles, subscriptions).
• Prototype in Figma/Framer/Cursor to test ideas with members before engineering touch.
• Build and evolve a cohesive design system to read as one product.
