Both founders are engineers who write production code, hold strong product convictions, and engage rigorously with the roadmap. Design authority in this organization is earned through demonstrated judgment rather than conferred by title. Role Overview

The company is hiring a Senior Product Designer to define what a category-defining product feels like to use. This is a high-craft individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of design for your projects, from early discovery through the pixels that ship, working directly with founders, product leaders, and engineers.

You will design across the core platform, AI-driven coaching flows, and a multi-surface product spanning web, analytics, simulations, and learning modules. Much of the most challenging and interesting work concentrates in one problem: transforming raw transcripts, audio, and AI-generated scores into output a sales representative can actually act on.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-end design ownership. You will own the full UI/UX process for your projects, from discovery through polished, production-ready execution.
• Insight interfaces. You will design interfaces that convert transcripts, audio, and AI scoring into clear, trustworthy insight for end users.
• Remediation flows. You will design flows that allow representatives to retry the specific moments where they struggled, driven by AI-identified skill gaps.
• Agentic interaction patterns. You will define interaction patterns for agentic workflows in which the AI suggests next actions, auto-generates simulations, or guides coaching sessions.
• Automation and control. You will calibrate the balance between automation and user control, ensuring managers and representatives understand the rationale behind AI recommendations.
• System coherence. You will maintain coherence across a complex multi-surface product, unified by a single design system.

Candidate Profile

The company seeks a strong individual contributor with a portfolio demonstrating substantive interaction design, visual craft, and end-to-end product thinking, with approximately three to five years of experience shipping at a fast cadence, and genuine energy for that pace rather than fatigue from it.

Required qualifications:

• Deep proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and auto layout
• A high standard for usability and accessibility
• The ability to advocate effectively and hold your position in direct discussions with founders and engineers, which this role involves regularly

Preferred qualifications:

• Early-stage startup experience, whether as an early employee or a founder
• Fluency in established design systems such as Material, shadcn, or Tailwind UI
• Working familiarity with modern front-end development practices, including React, Tailwind, and component-driven development
