Job summary

Reflex Media is seeking a Product Manager for Seeking.com to own the core web and native mobile experience—onboarding, discovery, messaging, and profiles. You will set the roadmap, defend it with data, and personally lead research, specs, prototypes, and experiments behind your highest-impact bets.

You will work directly with the Director of Product and Head of Product; success is measured by the metrics moved, not tickets closed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or technical Master’s is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience; 3+ years in consumer-facing web/mobile products.
• Demonstrated growth track record with measurable outcomes in product initiatives.
• Daily, fluent use of agentic AI tools (Claude, Claude Code or comparable).
• Experience doing the work: research, prototyping, specs and launch personally.
• Strong UX and design judgment with ability to defend flows and conversions.
• Fluent in reading data, schemas, and basic SQL; able to write clear specs for engineers.
• Strong business instincts around conversion, retention, LTV, and monetization.
• Outstanding written communication; decision docs and briefs that drive outcomes.
• Extreme ownership: treat product area like your own business and deliver without being managed.

Responsibilities

• Own and defend the core experience roadmap end-to-end with testable bets.
• Lead market research, prototyping, specs, and launches for high-impact bets.
• Design and implement agentic operating workflows to move with speed.
• Run A/B tests and interpret results to inform decisions.
• Tie initiatives to conversion, retention, and revenue impact; own North Star metrics.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, QA, and offshore teams.
• Mentor junior product hires to the same high-agency operating model.
• Communicate roadmap decisions, risks, and results clearly to leadership.
