Job summary

tag is seeking a Product Designer to develop innovative product and packaging solutions, owning concepts through final artwork and vendor coordination. You will partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Sales and overseas vendors to deliver on time and on brand.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will drive ideas, trend research and design execution, leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining rigorous standards and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic, product or surface design or related field.
• 5–7+ years of product design experience, ideally in home décor, tabletop or gift.
• Packaging design experience and taking product from concept through overseas manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal and everyday product across home décor, tabletop, kitchen, textiles and gift.
• Take product from concept through production-ready artwork and specs for overseas vendors.
• Review vendor samples and approve color, form and print quality.
• Execute 2D and 3D packaging with dielines, hangtags, labels and displays.
