Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Packaging Designer to own the creative direction and execution for packaging and print across all SKUs. You’ll shape the box, card, and clip-strip to feel as considered as the product inside.

You'll design packaging across the line, develop seasonal concepts, and ensure a cohesive brand identity at every touchpoint while balancing cost targets and production feasibility at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of design experience with full category ownership.
• Deep knowledge of the product development cycle, costing, and sourcing.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own packaging and print design direction across all product categories.
• Develop seasonal packaging concepts, structural direction, and print/color direction.
• Build a cohesive packaging point of view that reinforces brand identity at every touchpoint.
• Create detailed packaging CADs, die-lines, and production-ready art.
• Review proofs, strike-offs, and color/material approvals.
• Partner with merchandising on packaging strategy across the assortment.
• Present packaging rationale and direction to cross-functional partners.
• Manage revisions and approvals from concept through final production files.
