Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Senior Brand Expression Designer to own packaging and brand design from concept through execution, with emphasis on scalable brand systems and product storytelling. You will render concepts, manage cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure brand consistency across SKUs and launches.

Lead AI-assisted design workflows, collaborate with suppliers and agencies, and drive visual systems that elevate packaging, labeling, and campaign expression.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience recommended.
• Strong packaging, brand identity, visual systems, and brand expression expertise.
• Experience leading packaging and brand initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Develop packaging architectures across SKUs and product launches.
• Translate strategy into strong visual concepts and brand expression.
• Lead AI-supported ideation, moodboarding, and prototyping workflows.
• Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and vendors; provide clear feedback.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across packaging and campaigns.
