Job summary

Amazon Global Selling is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to grow a key strategic product augmented with Generative AI. You will craft end-to-end user experiences for tens of thousands of sellers on Amazon, shaping flows, prototypes, and specifications.

The role requires 7+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to influence leaders while delivering impact across desktop and mobile

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design for desktop and mobile.
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
• Work with product team to develop high-level requirements.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
• Develop and maintain detailed UI and interaction specifications.
• Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review and approval.
• Collaborate with Tech teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs while balancing core experience.
