Collaborate with founders, developers, and stakeholders to align business and user outcomes. Immediate availability and 30+ hour weekly commitment are required for this role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior-level product design or UX/UI experience.
- Strong portfolio in data-heavy dashboards, enterprise software, SaaS.
- Advanced mastery of Figma and design systems.
- Deep UX understanding and dashboard usability.
- Experience building scalable design systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Immediate availability and ability to work 30+ hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across dashboards, SaaS platforms, websites, and digital products.
- Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for data-rich products to improve decision-making.
- Design AI-powered features including intelligent workflows and personalization.
- Use Figma with advanced auto-layout, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
