Meta is seeking a Product Designer to shape the design strategy and execution across its product portfolio. You will lead high-impact design programs, translate company strategy into design direction, and influence executive-level roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years designing software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design that meet business objectives.
Proven ability to leverage research and data to set product strategy and influence organizational direction.
Demonstrated strategic product thinking at the portfolio or organizational level, with the ability to communicate a compelling vision to executive audiences.
Deep expertise in prototyping tools and the ability to evaluate and advance design craft across fidelity levels.

Design and champion experiences that set new standards for simplicity, elegance, and usability across our platforms, serving as a reference point for the broader design organization.
Define, evolve, and unify visual and interaction systems that scale across products and platforms.
Serve as a recognized design expert across multiple product and business areas, maintaining deep awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and solve the organization's most complex design challenges.
Elevate the design practice across the organization through active mentorship, sponsorship, and the development of frameworks that raise the quality and impact of the broader design team.
Drive executive-level partnerships with product, engineering, research, and content strategy leadership, influencing org-wide priorities and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared user experience vision.
Represent design strategy and rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional executives, shaping organizational alignment on product direction.
