Job summary

Meta is looking for a senior Product Designer in Menlo Park to shape and ship user-centered experiences at scale. You will drive end-to-end design thinking, craft interactions, and mentor teams across product and research.

You will collaborate with executives, own design strategy, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives while advocating for accessible, inclusive design and world-class execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping at product scale.
• Expertise in product thinking, interaction and visual design.
• Ability to present goals clearly to executives and teams.
• Experience shaping design strategy across multiple projects.
• Strong prototyping skills demonstrating interaction flows.
