You’ll be involved in every stage of the product development process, from brainstorming the next innovation to tweaking pixels before launch, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years designing complex software with strong UX and visuals.
• Experience conducting complex research studies driving growth.
• Experience leading end-to-end development with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques and functional prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Leads and delivers design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope
• Turn broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable experiences for 2 billion+ users
• Design flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions
• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems
• Contribute to strategic decisions around future Meta products
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and product team to raise quality and mentor
• Lead partnerships with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee UX from conception to launch
