Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Designer to own and shape end-to-end design across large-scale products for billions of users. You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, and content teams to craft interfaces that balance usability with high-fidelity craft.

Responsibilities include leading design projects, prototyping with advanced techniques, and contributing to strategic decisions on future product directions, while mentoring teammates and driving design quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience designing complex software products end-to-end with focus on UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience conducting complex research studies and driving business growth through design-led innovation.
• Experience leading end-to-end development efforts with Cross Functional Partner (XFN) teams and roadmaps.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques, including functional prototypes or emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Leads and delivers design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope.
• Turn broad ideas into useful and valuable experiences for 2B+ users.
• Design flows that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces.
• Create new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on future FB product direction.
• Lead with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists through concept to launch.
