Job summary

Ruxlo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the craft of the product experience across mobile and web. You will turn PRDs into interfaces that stakeholders trust with real money—whether in the field or at a desk—driving end-to-end design for data-dense workflows.

You will lead the standard for design craft, mentor peers, and work hands-on to shape how the product looks and feels across platforms. This is a senior individual-contributor role with a focus on craftsmanship and impact.

Qualifications

• Senior IC with extensive experience delivering data-dense product experiences.
• Able to translate PRDs into intuitive interfaces for mobile and web.
• Proven ability to design across platforms with a strong visual language.

Responsibilities

• Own product design across mobile and web, including IA, interaction and visuals for complex workflows.
• Turn ideas into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs; ensure feasibility with front-end engineers.
• Contribute to and maintain a cross-platform design system; enforce accessible UI (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Collaborate on PRD and SDLC design stage; produce flows, wireframes, and handoff specs for engineering.
