Job summary

Purple, Rock, Scissors (PRPL) is seeking a senior Product/UX Designer to lead design initiatives across concept exploration to production-ready visuals. You will partner with Design, Research, Content, PM, Engineering and Marketing to craft future-facing experiences that meet real user needs.

The role demands a strong background in user-centered design, meticulous visual craft, and proficiency with Figma. You will drive storytelling and present compelling visual narratives to stakeholders,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
Strong user-centered design methods and usability principles.
Attention to detail with strong visual design sense.
Understanding of user research techniques and applying them to design problems.
Experience partnering with designers, researchers, content strategists, PMs, and engineers; strong handoff to engineering.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to translate ideas into visuals.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
Experience in consumer product space, ideally Creator ecosystem.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Design Ownership: Create comprehensive design deliverables and engineering specs that move concepts into production.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with the UX team and cross‑functional partners to develop future‑facing experiences that meet real user needs.
Design Rationale & Storytelling: Present designs to stakeholders with clear articulation of design rationale and visual narratives.
