Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Cards & Credit team. You will own meaningful product problems from framing to shipped experiences, collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape what we build.

You will turn complex systems into simple, intuitive experiences while elevating craft across the design stack. You will explore problems from first principles, challenge inherited patterns, and work with Mercury's Brand team on physical cards to ensure a cohesive customer

• Own meaningful Cards & Credit product problems from framing through shipped experience.
• Turn complex systems into simple and intuitive experiences.
• Work across the design stack from framing to visual design, prototyping, and final implementation.
• Explore broadly and design from first principles, questioning inherited patterns.
• Bring a high level of interaction and visual craft to the Cards & Credit experience.
• Collaborate with Mercury Brand on physical cards to create a cohesive experience.
• Develop deep understanding of customers and clearly communicate decisions with tradeoffs.
