Job summary

Mercury is building its first consumer credit card. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, ship, and grow the product from a first cohort into a scalable portfolio.

You will own the acquisition funnel, the approval experience, underwriting decisions, and the end-to-end customer journey, including rewards, pricing, and day-to-day account management. You will collaborate across engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing and partners to align the card with Mercury's

Qualifications

• 6+ years building consumer products, including at least one where money moved and errors were expensive.
• Fluency in credit underwriting, approval rates, and rewards liabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship Mercury's first consumer credit card, from concept to launch.
• Own the acquisition, approval experience, and ongoing line management.
• Lead the rewards proposition, pricing, and economics behind the card.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, and partners.
