Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Design Senior Associate in the Design & Customer Experience Card Benefits Experience Design Team to shape the user experience of our financial products.

You will collaborate with product designers, researchers and engineers to deliver inclusive, accessible solutions that align user needs with business goals. The role emphasizes information architecture, data-driven decision making and end-to-end journeys across multiple products, working with Chase card customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role dedicated to digital products/services.
• Proficient with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs enhancing navigation and findability.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and derive insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Iterate with user feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience.
• Assist in analyzing market trends and user research to inform design decisions and strategy.
• Collaborate with Card teams on end-to-end journeys spanning multiple products.
