Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an early-career product designer to shape the digital experiences within Private Bank. You will work with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to turn complex financial journeys into intuitive solutions, while under the guidance of a global design team.

This hands-on role emphasizes UX/UI design, accessibility, and collaboration to deliver high-impact digital products. Mentorship and growth opportunities are a core part of the program.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates (0–12 months since graduation) eligible for an entry-level design role.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in design discipline or related field (HCI, UX, psychology, engineering, communications).
• Internships, coursework, capstones, hackathons, personal projects welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand complex product problems.
• Explore multiple design directions and translate research and business requirements into flows and interfaces.
• Produce design assets and interactive prototypes, using AI tools to move quickly.
• Design within an established design system.
• Participate in critique and share your design reasoning.
• Test ideas with users and advocate for accessible, inclusive experiences.
