Job summary

Blueground is seeking a Senior Product Designer & Builder to join the BlueB team and shape the internal tool behind our operations. You'll blend product thinking, UX craft, and prototyping to improve guest and operator workflows at scale.

You’ll lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery, evolve our design system, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations to ship real, production-ready UI enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex B2B or internal products.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools to build prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where design can improve Blueground’s operations and business performance.
• Lead projects autonomously, turning early briefs into clear, scalable solutions.
• Simplify complex internal workflows through thoughtful interaction and visual design.
• Build production-faithful prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Contribute targeted UI improvements directly to the codebase and support implementation through design QA.
• Evolve Blueprint, our design system, across components, patterns, tokens and documentation.
