Job summary

Playlist is seeking a Product Designer to modernize and elevate our consumer web booking experiences. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in building elegant, scalable, and customer-centric solutions, guiding product direction across booking, class, and checkout flows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive design across multiple product areas, influence the roadmap, and uphold a high craft bar, performance, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a track record in consumer-facing experiences such as booking, scheduling, or e-commerce/checkout.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of our consumer web booking experience across appointment, class, and checkout flows.
• Drive strategic product thinking by identifying experience gaps and uncovering opportunities to increase conversion and delight.
• Influence product strategy by co-creating success metrics and shaping the roadmap with product, engineering, and marketing.
• Design for white-label scale on the web with theming systems and config-driven patterns for thousands of brands.
• Ensure responsive and performant experiences with strong accessibility and optimization across devices.
