Job summary

Toast is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own reservations and booking end-to-end across remote US, Boston and New York hybrid locations. You will shape the full design loop, from ambiguity to pixels, collaborating with product, eng, research and marketing.

5+ years in consumer design, expertise in Figma and AI prototyping, and strong accessibility judgment are required. You will craft native and responsive experiences and contribute to the design system while mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing consumer or consumer-grade products with shipped work in portfolio.
• Experience across native and responsive, guest-facing and operator-facing surfaces.
• Bonus for scheduling, availability, transactional, or marketplace flow experience.

Responsibilities

• Take an ambiguous problem and provide a POV and a prototype.
• Design end-to-end flows, not just the booking screen.
• Balance needs of guests and restaurant operators in the booking path.
• Own visual and interaction quality from concept to shipped product.
