Job summary

Outtake inc. is seeking a senior product designer to join as the third designer, rapidly owning a product area while leading horizontal design initiatives.

You’ll work with product engineers and deployment leads to shape product direction, solving novel UX challenges around managing autonomous agents and security-focused data interactions. You’ll craft workflows, information architecture, and visual details end-to-end, shipping high-quality experiences and evolving our design system, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience at early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Comfort with technically complex products and layered information.
• Product-minded, user-driven approach with strategic thinking.
• Speed and resourcefulness with good judgment for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with engineers and deployment leads to define what to build.
• Design for fleets of autonomous agents, intervention points, and data threats.
• Own end-to-end experience from workflows to visuals and interactions.
• Convert questions into user insights and concrete design options.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship and iterate improvements.
• Build relationships with customers and establish feedback channels.
• Run research, test ideas, and gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop tools and processes that accelerate the design-to-product cycle.
• As the team grows, broaden ownership over design culture and initiatives.
