Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Senior Product Designer (AI Optimization) to lead end-to-end digital experiences in a high-impact, cross-functional pod in Charlotte, on-site five days a week. You will bridge UX, content strategy, and AI optimization to improve discovery and engagement across AI-driven search platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver accessible designs, maintain design systems, and influence product strategy within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in UX/UI, product design, or experience design with a strong portfolio.
• Understanding of content strategy, journey mapping, SEO, and AI search paradigms.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, and enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder presentation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences across flows and prototypes.
• Structure content for AI discovery, SEO, and conversions.
• Translate metrics into UX solutions.
• Deliver accessible, business-aligned digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design integrity.
