Qualifications

• 12+ years of product design experience, with impact on complex multi-surface systems.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of large-scale platforms or tooling.
• Strong experience with AI-powered products, design tools, or developer tooling.
• Ability to lead design in highly complex orgs with internal builders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end design vision to scale tooling used by multiple product teams.
• Shape org memory/context system for canonical docs and decisions accessible to humans and agents.
• Maintain craft and coherence across surfaces, define quality bar for AI outputs and workflows.
• articulate design direction for new products or platforms—from zero to one or reinvention at scale.
• Align leadership and partners on direction across AI capabilities, platform infra, design systems, and org workflows.
• Mentor designers and raise the bar on AI-native design practices.
