Job summary

Meta is seeking a senior product leader for Instagram's Product Staff to drive AI-enabled product initiatives, define roadmaps, and align stakeholders across engineering, design, and research teams. You will shape strategic visions, evaluate AI tradeoffs, and push for impact through rigorous data analysis.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in product management/design, strong executive communication, and a proven track record of implementing AI-native strategies at scale within large organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution.
• 10+ years product management and/or Product Design.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify near and long-term opportunities and drive product roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations.
• Evaluate AI tradeoffs and set strategic direction at portfolio level.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver features.
